Soya rulezzz!

Hello everyone! This is my very first post, so let's cook something delicious, how about soy paté? This time I will prepare it in the oven, however there´s no need to bake it but trust me - it's much better!
That kind of paté is typical in my country because we eat a lot of  bread  and soy paté tastes great with bread (homemade of course!).
It´s fantastic alternative for store-bought soy paté which consists of many preservatives. Besides making soy paté at home it´s much cheaper and much more delicious. Ok guys, let´s cook!

Ingredients:
1 cup soy beans (can be more)
1 cup lentils (optional)
5-6 mushrooms

2 small onions
2 carrots (optional)
a piece of red pepper
10g pumpkin seeds and / or sunflower seeds
olive oil
chili and paprika (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste

First we need to soak soybeans and lentils over the night. Next day we cook them separately in 2 pots because lentils get soft faster. We can peel the carrots and put them into a pot. Add a little salt.

Onions, mushrooms and peppers cut into fairly small pieces and fry with olive oil. When soybeans and lentils are soft and quite cool, blend them into a smooth paste. Then put the remaining vegetables, salt, pepper, paprika and a pinch of chili if you like spicy.

Ok, now blend all this stuff  one more time but not too much, I like notice vegetable pieces.
At the end we add pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

All the mixture put into a square baking tin, previously greased with margarine, and then into the oven at 180 º C for about 30 minutes - the crust must be well browned. When our soy paté is ready we put it in some cool place and after a few hours we can eat! Bon apetit!
