The homemade bread - chapter 1

Today we begin a long but exciting and delicious telenovela  called "The homemade bread". A few months ago I started experimenting with homemade bread, this is not a difficult art, but requires a patience, time and a little experience. So I think now is the right time to begin our adventure with home bakery. I hope that you will catch the bug!
Ok, so for the first time we will make a simple bread but also healthy and tasty. We normally eat a white bread whichs contains a lot of enhancers and preservatives. Therefore I recommend making bread at home which is more healthy and nutritious. If we make bread   from whole-grain flour it is also more dietetic because contains complex carbohydrates and fiber.

Ingredients:
- 300 g wheat flour, type 450 to 720- 200 g whole wheat flour- 50 g yeast- 125 ml soy milk- 1 teaspoon brown sugar- 1 cup wheat bran- A handful of linseed - A handful of pumpkin seeds- A handful of sunflower seeds- 3 / 4 teaspoons salt- About 1 cup warm water- 2 tablespoons olive oil
First mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the flour, bran, all the seeds and salt and mix well all ingredients.
Heat the milk, remember that should be lukewarm - neither too hot nor too cold, then add the yeast, a pinch of sugar and a pinch of flour. Mix and leave a few minutes. The yeast should grow rapidly, then pour it into the dry ingredients.
Afterwards add the hot water, one cup should be sufficient. When all ingredients are well mixed, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir again. Leave the dough in a warm place covered with a cloth and wait until  its volume increases twice.
When the dough has risen, knead it again and divide it into two parts. Each part roll out and form again, then put the oil or baking paper in the molds and fill with our dough. We leave our breads again and let them grow. When the volume increases twice we put the loaves in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 º C and bake about 40-45 minutes. Bon apetit!
